Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Daily duties involve recruiting advisors, counseling them, and preparing them for meeting business targets. The Area Sales Manager coordinates team efforts and ensures performance goals are achieved.
You’ll be working Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Managing distributor or dealer relationships and ensuring proper KYC documentation is also part of the job.
You must own a bike, as you’ll occasionally need to visit agents or partners. Experience in credit cards, loans, or insurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
