Daily Responsibilities & Job Overview

Expect to work closely with design and supplier teams, participate in physical and digital tests, track corrective actions, and support product launches and regulatory tests. Communication and leadership skills are vital as you guide tasks and collaborate across global teams in different time zones.
This role places a strong emphasis on structured problem-solving, engineering change management, and the ability to deliver both individually and as part of a multicultural group. Technical knowledge in tooling, molding, DFMEA, DVP, and CATIA software is a big plus.
You’ll also be called on to support appearance approvals, cost estimation, and play a critical role in the launch and ongoing improvement of vehicle exterior systems.
